Our co-founder Jess is a 200HR Yoga Alliance Qualified teacher in Yin & Vinyasa Yoga with Barefoot Yoga School. She's a firm advocate that there's so much more to yoga than some (rather) difficult poses. Jess loves teaching a mix of classes: bringing the energy and teaching dynamic Vinyasa flows, and balancing out the body and mind with calming Yin yoga sessions. At Blue Earth Summit, running a sunrise feminine yoga flow for all the Sisters in attendance was magic. The flow was about waking up gently, flowing, connecting to your body & mind and finding the feminine within.
Jess will be running morning yoga workshops with Extreme Hangout at COP29 Azerbaijan between the 12th and 14th Nov, 9.15am to 10am. help people get over their travel lag. Start the day with mindfulness, movement, and a calm mind as we prepare to tackle the world's biggest climate challenges.
